We employ behavior interventionists and clinical supervisors who work together as a team to provide behavior analytic interventions. Our interventionists work from 15-40 hours per week. Most behavior interventionists have Bachelors or Masters Degrees in Psychology or Special Education, and some are involved in doctoral training programs or have a Ph.D. The ability to speak additional languages is always an asset. The work requires a balance of high energy engagement with people served and a mature empathic approach to the difficulties many people and families we serve face.
