TCRC Utilization
So far this year 129 families have received service through our parent
education program. People served by region are (36 in Ventura county,
43 in Santa Barbara county, and 50 in San Luis Obispo). New referrals
for July totaled 7 with the majority of those coming from SLO county.
Given current contract agreements, 421 slots remain to be filled before
30, June 2012. That means that we can process 38.5 new referrals each
month within current contractual time lines. Please keep in mind that
referrals in excess of projections in any one month may result in slight
delays. Contract provisions state that we are required to maintain
resources to process up to 550 families per fiscal year if they are
referred with adequate time to process. As of August 10, 2011 we are
available to immediately process new referrals in all areas served by Tri
Counties Regional Center. If you are a person served by this agency and
have not had a chance to submit an evaluation of services form please
