Through meaningful behavior change, you will help:
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will both provide and receive supervision of behavioral programing catering to the individual needs of children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, or other developmental disabilities, through in-home programming. This role is designed as a leadership position, in which you have the opportunity to lead a clinical team, inspiring behavior change, providing compassionate service, while upholding meticulous accountability. Clinical Supervisor positions have demonstrated their ability to implement behavior programs based on the scientific principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), have demonstrated competency in all roles of an Assistant Clinical Supervisors and Clinical Supervisor, and have pursued advanced education. You may be asked to provide direct intervention or clinical supervision as needed on clinical cases. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, write creative and meaningful Behavior Intervention Plans, with high levels of reinforcement, keeping in mind generalization and maintenance of behaviors. In this role, you will guide and summarize data collection and will provide structured ABA programming for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to follow. You will also mentor entire clinical teams including Assistant Clinical Supervisors, and RBTs to provide the best clinical services. You will inspire the people you work with by modeling best practices for RBTs and caregivers, use errorless learning in training technicians, and collect data on RBT skill acquisition, providing immediate constructive feedback assuring the best quality ABA programs are implemented. In this role, you are responsible for assuring each client receives the hours of intervention and supervision contracted. You may attend or lead meetings and participate in on-going trainings and professional development opportunities as we encourage our entire team to pursue life-long learning. You will provide parent education and write reports ready to submit to funding sources. As an accountable member of the team, all job duties are expected to be completed accurately, need little revision, completed on time and in accordance with all policies and procedures in the company manuals.
